Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us directly. After the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only if the product received is:

• Damaged during delivery
• Leaking or tampered
• Incorrect product shipped

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Partial refunds may apply for delayed deliveries or other valid reasons.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased during clearance sales or special discounts
• Products returned after the 48-hour window
